Who these terms apply to

These terms govern use of this storefront and purchases from the operator identified in the contact details below. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator; “you” means the person or organization using the website or placing an order.

What you are purchasing

The catalog contains planners, including Weekly Productivity Pack, Daily Planning Pack, Goal Planning Kit. Each collection has its own scope. The product description, checkout disclosures and any license delivered with it should be read together.

Unless the offer expressly includes them, a purchase does not include consulting, implementation, hosted software, third-party subscriptions, future releases or continuing maintenance. Illustrations and sample interfaces explain a workflow; they do not establish that a live application is included.

Orders, pricing and payment

Review the complete price and any taxes or charges disclosed at checkout before confirming payment. Your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms.

Delivery is electronic using the access instructions provided for the order. Where access depends on payment confirmation, follow the order instructions after confirmation. Check the email address used at checkout and the spam folder before reporting missing access.

Check the stated file formats, editing tools, required accounts and compatibility information before purchase. You are responsible for your device, software licenses, backups and access permissions. Contact support if a requirement is not specified.

Websites, payment services and third-party editing tools may occasionally be unavailable. Where permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or responsibility for outcomes arising from your adaptations, inaccurate input data or third-party services.
